Joel Loua serves as Account Manager at Connector, Inc. A seasoned political operative and project manager, Joel has built a reputation for finding innovative solutions to complex problems and creative ways to deliver a message to a larger audience.

His political experience spans local, state, federal, and international arenas. Joel has managed campaigns and directed field operations in Texas and across the country, supported federal candidates and members of Congress, and advised on international political work in West Africa, a region where he maintains deep relationships and cultural fluency. Bilingual in English and French, he brings a global lens to Connector’s growing international practice while remaining grounded in American political campaigns.

Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where he played varsity soccer and served in ROTC. He is an Army Air Assault badge recipient and currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
